Our Mission

We started our company to put our years of experience in the hands of those that could benefit from it. Let us help you discover who you want to be, where you want to go, and how you are going to get there.

Both born and raised in WNY, we feel strongly about helping students from our region achieve their goals.

Our mission is simple.  We're here for you to get you started in the college search process and everything in between.

Our team

Meet Liz Attea

Education Consultant

Most recently, Liz has been an education consultant for students here in WNY. She worked as a college counselor at Buffalo Seminary, where she authored a full counseling curriculum in addition to assisting the seniors with their college applications. Prior to that,  she worked for an Ed Consulting Company where she assisted students all over the world with their educational journeys and the college admissions process.  She also worked as the Director of Alumni Relations at Canisius College, served as the Deputy State Director for a US Senator in PA, was the Director of On Campus Programs and an Admissions Officer in the Undergrad Admissions Office at Penn in charge of their entire visit experience, read as an Aux Reader for Undergraduate Admissions at Swarthmore College, and worked as an Associate Director in Wharton Alumni Relations.

Throughout all of her very cool professional experiences, she has found that working with students has been her most favorite job of all.

She loves helping students with the college admissions process. It may seem like a curious love to some but when you have read many college applications and have been a part of the process in a variety of capacities, you develop a sincere appreciation for the good ones and the ability to spot the not so great ones.

Her theory is that every student is amazing and has a story to tell, they just sometimes need a little help getting themselves to the right place.

When it comes to college advising, she has learned that each student needs something a little different. But in the end, it all comes down to making a plan for how to succeed in high school and how that will translate to your college applications.

She will be your strategist and your cheerleader.

She does not claim to be a miracle worker but she is passionate about helping students find and articulate their voice and their passions in a way that will resonate with Admissions counselors (who by the way, are human, too).

Meet JUSTIN ROGERS

Education Consultant

Most recently, he had served as the Director of Undergraduate Admissions at Canisius College.  Before that, he was the Director of Admissions at Hilbert College and started in his Admissions Career at SUNY Brockport, his alma mater, where he served as an Admissions Counselor.

Currently, Justin is employed at Cornell Cooperative Extension in Niagara County, NY as their Executive Director.

For many years, Justin has coached and guided families through the college admissions process but, always from the other side of the desk.  Now he can sit on your side of the table and assist your family at identifying colleges and programs that may be a good fit for your student, crafting a rock solid college application, and navigating the financial stressors that come at affording that dream school.

Justin is ready to assist your family in a variety of different ways.  He is happy to work with you on identifying colleges and majors that may be the best fit for you, or application preparation for those schools.  Additionally, he can assist with questions you have regarding scholarships and financial aid.  Finally, and maybe most importantly, he can assist you with reviewing your financial aid packages, assess where you are seeing the most value, and coach you on how to work for more support for your student.

Meet Bryan Sibbitts

Education Consultant

Most recently, Bryan has transitioned into a music teaching career since last being involved in an admissions capacity.  Prior to teaching, he worked for 3+ years as a Graduate Admissions Counselor at Canisius University while obtaining his Masters part-time in the evenings.

Currently, Bryan is teaching High School Band at Charter School for Applied Technologies (CSAT). In addition to his teaching duties, he is member and adjudicator in training for NYSSMA, and will be entering his 10th year as Pep Band Director at Canisius University. Bryan is involved in several committees, after school programs, and clubs at CSAT, showcasing the value of being a well-rounded person and colleague.

While teaching has and will always been Bryan’s first love, his passion for helping others has been his second love. Bryan found this love in guiding Graduate Students through the admissions process at Canisius University, while also attending Canisius for his Masters in School Counseling. Working in a graduate school department allowed for Bryan to not just blend these his skills and graduated program together, but also work with students from a wide range of ages, backgrounds, countries, programs, and more.

Bryan is excited to jump back into the world of admissions by being not just a consultant for your family, but also someone who is willing to help and counsel you through tough questions or decisions.  Whether that is a High School student deciding to stay local or attend out-of state, or a person in their 30s looking for a career change while working full-time, or the next Principal Violinist of the Buffalo Philharmonic Orchestra looking to start the adventure of Music School or Conservatory. No matter the background, particulars, or education goals you may have, it is never too late to start and also ask for help.

He is especially ready to work with various arts discipline students on discovering and assisting with program specific admissions. As a former Music undergraduate student, knowing that other side of the process beyond just the application can be tricky to navigate or organize. Whether it’s reviewing audition requirements for multiple schools, organizing an art or media portfolio for your application, or outlining what you would need to do to prepare yourself for these often competitive programs. Bryan is excited to not just see your name in lights some day, but also show you ways to prepare for life post-program in highly competitive fields.
